- Enhancements
- Requires Perl 5.20, which Geo::Coder::Free::Utils has always needed
- Module::Runtime, Try::Tiny and namespace::clean are runtime prerequisites; Error, JSON::PP and Test::Exception are test prerequisites
- The modules the website needs are listed as the optional 'website' feature, and Geo::libpostal and Test::Consumer::Contract 0.04 are recommended
- Bug Fixes
- Imported functions such as croak() can no longer be called as methods of Geo::Coder::Free, its backends or Geo::Coder::Free::Display::query
- Fixed a POD error in Geo::Coder::Free::OpenAddresses
- Geo::Coder::Free::MissCache->expires_after() now says it wants a whole number of seconds

- Documented Geo::Coder::Free::MissCache in full, and added API specifications for clear_miss_cache() and provenance()
- Tests
- t/consumer-contract.t needs Test::Consumer::Contract 0.04 and skips, rather than failing, with an older one, which failed the install outside a workspace of sibling checkouts by trying to read Geo-Location-Point/lib/Geo/Location/Point.pm
