Changes for version 0.08 - 2026-10-19
- Time::Keeper::Locale: number_symbols, the decimal, group and minus signs, and ascii_digits.
- Time::Keeper::Locale: day_periods takes a context, giving the stand-alone names.
- parse_cldr reads every locale's GMT format back: a space before the sign (hr), an en dash for minus (eu), hours and minutes run together (am).
- parse_cldr matches white space inside a name with any white space: "p. m." typed with a plain space reads.
