Changes for version 0.04 - 2026-10-18
- Time::Keeper::Date, Time::Keeper::YearMonth and Time::Keeper::MonthDay: a date with no time, a year and month, a month and day; to_date, to_year_month and to_month_day on a value.
- Time::Keeper::Time: a time of day on no date, wrapping at midnight; to_time on a value; Date->at takes one.
