oEdtk::Outmngr - output management for printed document batches

DESCRIPTION

Output Management. It inserts the composition index into the Outmngr database, assigns each document a lot and a production line, batches and exports print lots (writing the .idx and .job files per lot), and provides the statistics, purge and acknowledgment tooling around that pipeline. The processing steps (insert and enrich, assign the lot, infer the manufacturer, export) are described in the module source.

FUNCTIONS

omgr_import

omgr_import($app, $in, $corp);

Read an index file into the EDTK_DBI_OUTMNGR database, then assign the lot and the production line (rolling back on error).

omgr_export

my @lots = omgr_export(%conds);

Group the pending documents under the batch constraints, build the batch sequence, and write the .idx and .job files for each lot. Returns the list of name and doclib pairs.

omgr_check_acquit

omgr_check_acquit($dbh, $nb_j_historique);

Reconcile the acknowledgment status and counts in the EDTK_ACQ tables; returns the number of rows updated.

omgr_check_seqlot_ref

omgr_check_seqlot_ref($dbh, $value, $idseqpg);

Report, per batch or per document id, the status of its documents, pages and plis.

omgr_check_doclibs

omgr_check_doclibs($dbh);

Die when a needed document library is missing from EDTK_DIR_DOCLIB.

omgr_depot_poste

omgr_depot_poste($dbh, $seqlot, $dt_depot);

Set the posting date (ED_STATUS) for a batch.

omgr_lot_pending

omgr_lot_pending($dbh);

List the documents that are still pending batching.

omgr_purge_fs

omgr_purge_fs($dbh);

List the document-library PDFs that are safe to purge (older than the keep window).

omgr_stats

omgr_stats($dbh, $pdbh, $period, $typeRqt);

Report batch, pli, document, sheet and face statistics for a period, optionally filtered by manufacturer.

omgr_stats_referent

omgr_stats_referent($dbh, $pdbh);

Report the mailing referent and document listing.

omgr_track_folds

omgr_track_folds($dbh, $nb_j_historique);

Produce the batch status tracking report.

omgr_track_report

omgr_track_report($dbh);

Produce the per-referent and manufacturer faces and plis report.

The internal subs _omgr_insert, _omgr_lot, _get_next_filiere, _omgr_filiere, _omgr_purge_db, _stats_manufact, _get_seqlot, _is_IDLDOC, _filled_rows and _print_All_rTab, and the empty omgr_track_no_omgr stub, are not part of the public API.
