Changes for version 0.12 - 2026-10-21

  • Add coordinated receive-mode selection and bounded body buffering while preserving real HTTP/2 engine Transactions and Uniform objects.
  • Normalize on_data, on_finish and exactly-once terminal notification for complete, cancelled, and failed request streams.
  • Maintain independent HTTP/2 multiplexed streams, inbound DATA credit, Extended CONNECT, and per-stream output and reset behavior.
  • Preserve attached-framework transport acceptance and backpressure; keep NativeABI layout/version unchanged.
  • Expand portable/native receive, empty body, overflow, completion and cancellation regressions without requiring a specific event loop.
