the "openapi_document" constructor argument is now deprecated, in favour of "documents" (in the constructor) and "openapi_documents" (as an accessor)
the "openapi_uri" and "openapi_schema" accessors are deprecated (but still available as constructor arguments)
the "document_get" accessor is deprecated
