Changes for version 0.002 - 2026-10-11

Name the option as it is: the log message for a row that fails authentication, and the POD beside it, still said encryption_key. The option is encryption_keys.
Add Pg to GH Actions Linux workflow.
Reconfigure CI workflow and add Pg tests.
Remove Git::Hooks and Git::MoreHooks from Dev prereqs.
