SYNOPSIS

ucsc_cytoband2gff3.pl <cytoBand_file>

This program will convert a UCSC cytoband file into a GFF3 file compatible with the ideograpm glyph in GBrowse.

This was copied directly from Bio::Graphics::Glyph::ideogram.
