Changes for version 0.05 - 2003-09-27

Renamed Build.pl to Build.PL. The other caused install problems. Doing nothing at the moment about Module::Build making everything read-only - hopefully that is harmless.

call actions upon release.

To install ReleaseAction, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ReleaseAction

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ReleaseAction
