Changes for version 0.54

  • Ensure that overloaded <=> operations return one of 1, -1, 0, and undef. Required some amendments to GMPf.xs, and some rewriting of parts of some test scripts. Issue raised by https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=168076 .
  • Enable quadmath builds on cygwin smoker. See (eg): https://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/3fa2b1f1-71b3-1014-beba-d9dcb6a500a3.
