Removed the VirtualBox babysitting code and left the screen flushing up to the user instead. The variable 'IS_VBOX' can be used for detection in your own code.
- Two special variables 'IS_VBOX' and 'LAST_FLUSHED' have been added to the MANUAL.md file.
