Changes for version 0.02 - 2015-08-18

Changed url of method authenticate and added header 'Content-type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded'. Chenged methods: addManifest, updateManifest, removeManifest & showManifest, now can add many params. Created method loop to added many params.
