Set $ENV{PERL5_CPANPLUS_IS_EXECUTING} to the full path of the Build.PL file when running Module::Build->new_from_context. Requested by Adam Kennedy <cpan@ali.as>.

To install CPANPLUS::Dist::Build, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CPANPLUS::Dist::Build

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CPANPLUS::Dist::Build
