BUG FIX
- methods get_last_row() and get_last_col() should return zero for an empty Excel sheet.

Convert from and to *.xls, *.csv using Win32::OLE

To install Win32::Scsv, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Win32::Scsv

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Win32::Scsv
