Changes for version 0.91

Fixed bug with splice() when length of removed section was 0
Updated POD re: circular refs and optimize()
Had to jump version numbers to 0.91 because in previous releases I used only a single digit after the decimal which was confusing the CPAN indexer.

A pure perl multi-level hash/array DBM

To install DBM::Deep, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DBM::Deep

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DBM::Deep
