VCS-Lite-0.07 UNAUTHORIZED RELEASE

Changes for version 0.07

Fix script errors in vldiff.pl and vlpatch.pl
Lose the .pl in the script names.
Add apply method to VCS::Lite, which provides an anternative interface to merging.

To install VCS::Lite, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm VCS::Lite

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install VCS::Lite
