Scrapes MetaMap Machine Output (MMO) files to build a database of CUI bigram scores.

Modules

UMLS::Association

A suite of Perl modules that implement a number of semantic association measures in order to calculate the semantic association between two concepts in the UMLS. UNAUTHORIZED

UMLS::Association::CuiFinder

provides the information about CUIs in the association database for the modules in the UMLS::Association package. UNAUTHORIZED

UMLS::Association::ErrorHandler

provides the error handeling for the modules in the UMLS-Association package. UNAUTHORIZED

UMLS::Association::StatFinder

provides the statistical association information of the concept pairs in the UMLS UNAUTHORIZED

Other files

To install UMLS::Association, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm

cpanm UMLS::Association

CPAN shell

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install UMLS::Association
