Extend frequency extrapolation in m_interpolate
Added wsnp_hash and rsnp_hash_to_list functions as an inverse to the existing rsnp_list_to_hash functions.
Updated documentation and added tests

Read and manipulate Measurement Data Interchange Format (MDIF, *.mdf) files.

Read and manipulate Touchstone .s2p (and .sNp) files.

To install PDL::IO::Touchstone, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm PDL::IO::Touchstone

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install PDL::IO::Touchstone
