Changes for version 0.03 - 2016-08-15

Transaction wrapping cannot possibly work given that a single $dbh->do call cannot wrap transactions, so removing it for now. Also fixing boilerplate.

Track applied change files in the database

in lib/PGObject/Util/DBChange/History.pm

To install PGObject::Util::DBChange, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm PGObject::Util::DBChange

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install PGObject::Util::DBChange
