Merge change to work with Alien::ZMQ (Robin Lee)
Remove Module::Install::Repository from check_mi_mods.pl (only affects people working from git repo)

A libzmq 3.x wrapper for Perl

To install ZMQ::LibZMQ3, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ZMQ::LibZMQ3

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ZMQ::LibZMQ3
