Changes for version 2.0.2 - 2015-09-27

Problems with some of the tests when MySQL driver is loaded but MySQL connection not possible.
Some depenencies not automatically being picked up by Dist::Zilla, and needed to add [Prereqs / TestRequires] section to dist.ini, and then rebuild.

Greater flexibility on statement placeholder choice and data binding

To install DBIx::FlexibleBinding, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DBIx::FlexibleBinding

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DBIx::FlexibleBinding
