  • proxy.url enhancements:
    • OPTIMIZATION: Cache ls-remote failures.
    • Prevent crashing deploy if one sync fails.
    • Honor core.sshCommand to reach remote easier.
  • git-deploy enhancements:
    • Fix -i <PrivKey> (broke in v0.041).
    • Let -i <PubKey> work again.
    • More portable ps BSD, OSX, and Solaris.
