My changes in 0.15 broke things for anyone using this package in conjunction with UNIVERSAL. See the end of the section discussing wrap_existing_import in the documentation for more details.

Utility to write lazy exporters of constant subroutines

To install Constant::Export::Lazy, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Constant::Export::Lazy

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Constant::Export::Lazy
