Added Win32 support. Please note that a Unix-like environment is still required to develop transliteration tables using the provided set of tools.

To install Lingua::Translit, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Lingua::Translit

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Lingua::Translit
