Implement getrandom's 4th parameter ("offset"), mimicking Sys::GetRandom more closely.
Explicitly list supported platforms in the documentation.

pure Perl interface to getrandom(2)

To install Sys::GetRandom::PP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Sys::GetRandom::PP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Sys::GetRandom::PP
