	- Fix assertion failure in newUNOP on DEBUGGING perls (5.18, 5.20)
	- Only replace the call with the custom op when the argument is a
	  single scalar; a list argument left extra values on the stack
	- Register the custom op as a UNOP so B::Concise can walk it
	- Require ExtUtils::MakeMaker 7.12 at configure time; XSMULTI builds
	  no XS before it

	- Honour the $ prototype on 5.14+ so a list argument takes scalar
	  context on every perl (1.17 failed below 5.14)
	- Export with Ex::Op instead of Import::Export; requires 5.010
