Revision history for Punk::Queue

- the 0.05 fix for a float in a perl format cast the argument to
an NV but left the format as %f. On a quadmath perl the format
has to name the width as well (%Qf, via NVff) or the formatter
panics - and the panic is a croak. retry_job died between its
UPDATE and its commit.
- t/01 and t/10 asserted abs(now() - time()) < 5. A loaded smoker
stalled the process for longer than that between the two calls.
Both now bracket now() with time() on either side, so a stall
widens the window instead of failing the test.
- the clock probe measures the server clock against the midpoint
of its own round trip rather than its end, so a stall on either
side of the query skews the delta by half its length, not all.

- FIX: change abi version checks from == to <=
0.05 2026-08-20
- fix Getopt::Long::Parser->getoptionsfromarray failures
- the admin list endpoints trimmed a died message with s///r,
which arrived in perl 5.14
- a %f in a perl format string reads an NV, and an NV is not a
double everywhere
- the supervisor's aligned scheduler boundary was computed with
integer arithmetic that can overflow a 32-bit IV.

- `punk queue ...`: Punk::Command::Queue registers the queue CLI
with Punk 0.13's command registry.

- t/21-supervisor.t read the worker registry the moment the queue
drained and expected a supervisor plus both children in it. A
drained queue does not mean both children registered: one child
can take all 50 jobs while the other is still coming up, which
is what a loaded smoker sees. It now waits for the registry to
settle, bounded, the way the drain itself is waited for.

- pq_cron.h used perl's U64, which handy.h only typedefs under
QUADKIND and which perls around 5.20/5.22 do not expose to an
extension at all.
