- initial release: an EV-driven MITM proxy that re-originates each request
through Curl::Impersonate, so the origin sees a chosen browser's TLS and
HTTP/2 fingerprint rather than the client's. Generates its own CA, and
forwards per-request headers so the request context stays coherent.
